Head of Digital Marketing, Asia Pacific
He joined Fidelity in 2015 and is the Head of Digital Marketing for Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, he is transforming marketing into a function that rapidly satisfies customer needs, and is informed by timely and actionable data. He’s privileged to lead a team of professionals with backgrounds in creative, CRM, data analytics, journalism, performance marketing, social media, web development and video.
His previous role was Head of Subscriber Marketing and eCommerce at Dow Jones. And before leaving his beloved Brooklyn and moving to Asia, he was the Global Head of Traffic for Amazon’s fashion retailer, Shopbop.com. He started his career in the investment banking programme at Salomon Smith Barney, working in the New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices.
Turpin earned his MBA from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. Outside of work, he spends his time lifting weights, throwing pots and eating brunch. He and his family live in Mid-Levels East.
