In his role of Director of Marketing he has established a significant profile and reputation for the company and its restaurants as well as developing business partnerships and opportunities.
Since collaborating with Dining Concepts, from a small beginning, the marketing functions for the group have developed significantly with 28 restaurants, lounges and bars in the company portfolio.
Functions of the marketing operation covers the company’s in-house graphic design department; events team; promotions section; media and communications team; social media strategy and public relations team; the company’s Frequent Diner Club loyalty program; central reservations activity; associated marketing and administrative functions.
In addition, the marketing team undertake partnership collaborations with many of Hong Kong’s leading corporate and leisure companies.
