With nearly 10 years handling the ASEAN market, Indonesia has always been close to Aldrich’s heart, since the time he became Pantene ASEAN Assistant Brand Manager for Thailand and Indonesia, Aldrich believes that Indonesia holds a vast and great potential to the global market.
Aldrich has been with P&G since he was graduated from Ateneo de Manila University majoring in Management Economics, specifically International Business. Although he loves working, he always tries his best to strikes a balance between work and personal life. Also, he believes that work should enable you to do things that make you happy and not keep you away from the important things in your life.
To keep the work-life-balance, Aldrich always spends time to travel and explore more, and this has been one of his hobby. During his stay in Indonesia, he already visits some beautiful places such as Bali, Lombok, and Mount Bromo. Of course, he plans and look forward to visiting more destinations to fulfill his travelling experience in Indonesia.
