He has been exposed to developing new brands, managing existing brands, brand activation, research and new product development processes from concept through to implementation stage. He has won various marketing & effectiveness awards (CMO Award, Dream Team Award, Effie Award), won Indonesia Marketer of the Year 2014 and recently, on behalf of his company, won an Outstanding Corporate Innovator 2017.
