Ben has been responsible for driving digital transformation for the university and college starting with the end-to-end customer journey for a more personalized experience. His passion lies in disrupting the status quo and working with a team of passionate people to impact positive change.
Prior to joining Taylor’s, Ben served as director of marketing at McDonald’s Malaysia. At McDonald’s, Ben led the development of the marketing strategy and helped differentiate McDonald’s as a meal solution provider with the launch of key convenience platforms back in 2006 such as the McDonald’s 24 hour business, Drive-Thru, McDelivery and Breakfast menu that led to strong double digit growths for the company.
