He is a graduate of University of Adelaide, where he received his first degree in maths science; and the University of Hertfordshire where he received his second degree in marketing.
After graduation, he launched his marketing career in companies such as Mitsui, Perfetti Van Melle, Lion Group Japan, Colgate Palmolive and DKSH before joining Beiersdorf in 2001 as a junior brand manager.
With his strong entrepreneur mindset, as well as his vast experience in marketing, trade marketing and key account management, he has consistently progressed his career in brand management and was promoted to country manager for MYSG in 2013.
Since then, he has worked together with his team and successfully turned around Beiersdorf’s business by doubling the sales in three years and gaining the No.1 position in market share for the categories that Beiersdorf is competing in.
The success of Beiersdorf has been recognised by industry with awards won over the years, including Marketing Excellence Awards.
