At Malaysia Airlines, she is responsible for brand-building, revenue generation through e-commerce and digital marketing, product innovation for in-flight, F&B and on-ground services, including Golden Lounge.
She has been instrumental in rebuilding the national icon to be the most preferred Asia Pacific airline offering Malaysian hospitality. Within a year of service at Malaysia Airlines, she has led her team to numerous awards locally and regionally, including the Indonesia Travel and Tourism Award 2017.
